What-A-Cartoon! was created by Fred Seibert, and ran from 1995-1997. The show launched several of Cartoon Network's most popular shows including: Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, The Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Mike, Lu and Og. Seibert would go on and create a similar show for Nickelodeon which would also launch successful Nick shows. Seth MacFarlane even made his models for Peter Griffin and Brian the dog, from Family Guy then titled Larry and Steve.
What-A-Cartoon! is a cartoon variety show, which shows clips about seven-minutes long, and are usually comedy based.
